Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return process

To request a return, please submit a return request using our contact or returns process and include:

  • your order number or invoice number
  • the item being returned
  • the reason for return
  • any relevant supporting information

4. Non-returnable items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including special-order items, used items, installed items, or products not returned in original condition, unless required by law.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
