2. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated in the cart or at checkout. Standard website shipping prices are based on delivery to major Australian cities.

For some regional or remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, we will contact you before finalising dispatch.

3. Delivery addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. Invalid or incomplete addresses may result in delays or lost parcels.

PO Boxes are not accepted for all deliveries, particularly where courier delivery is required.

4. Delivery and signatures

Heavy or bulky deliveries sent by courier may require a signature on delivery. These items may not be delivered to an unattended address unless authority to leave has been approved by the carrier.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest depot or collection point. Additional redelivery fees may apply.

5. Recommended delivery locations

We recommend shipping to an address that is attended during business hours, such as a work address, to reduce the risk of missed deliveries and redelivery delays.

6. Delivery delays
